What is IA Gear?
IA Gear is Inductive Automation’s swag store that offers custom branded apparel designed by the Inductive Automation Branding Team. It is also a fun way to highlight our corporate logo, the IA gear.
What powers the IA Gear swag store?
We partnered with Stadium, a global gifting and swag management platform that allows us to offer Inductive Automation Swag globally.
They handle everything from the store to the door. If you have any questions regarding your order, Stadium can assist you.
How do I find the correct size?
Please refer to Stadium’s sizing charts available on each apparel item to ensure your item fits your needs
How soon do I receive my items?
The standard delivery date is 10-14 business days after an order is submitted. This includes the production of the item as well as the shipping.
This timeline applies to all orders within the US and globally.
What is the return policy?
The Stadium catalog utilizes on-demand items that are only created after being ordered by a customer, therefore no exchanges and returns will be accepted. In most cases, returns or exchanges are usually not accepted on any of the products.
But, there's one exception – if your sender pre-purchased swag and it's hanging out in the warehouse, you can return it. Just know that a $13 restocking fee applies.Talk with our customer service team to find out if your swag is applicable for a return.
Important Note:
Items like virtual gift cards, experience vouchers, and the like can't be refunded once they're in your digital hands.
What if I need to cancel my order?

What if I receive damaged or incorrect items?
If you've received a damaged product or the wrong items, let Stadium know within 3 days of getting your package by snapping a quick pic of the issue and sending it our way. These pictures help to process your refund or get you the right stuff.
